Shipping and Returns
At BV Perfumes, we understand the importance of getting your fragrance purchase to you as quickly as possible. We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable shipping options, so you can enjoy your fragrance purchase as soon as possible.
We ship to all European Countries, USA and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to other countries.
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you complete your purchase.
We process your order immediately after payment. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-7 business days from the order date.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number for your package so you can track your order.

Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and also due to customs clearance or other reasons. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, YOUR MONEY BACK
If you have bought one of our perfumes through our website, www.bvperfumes.com and you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will refund you the total cost of that perfume. Just like that.
There are only 2 conditions:
1. It must be within 14 days from receipt of your order at the address you provided us with.
2. You must not have used more than 10% of the perfume.
If you meet these conditions, the procedure is very simple. Just get in touch with our customer services any way you want (chat, email, facebook…) and tell us two things:
- Your Order Number
- The reason you want to return it
We will answer back with directions on how to send it back to us.
Remember, you need to return the perfume in its original packaging. Don’t worry if the package is broken, it doesn’t matter – but it is very important that you put the perfume inside it, so that it doesn’t break on its journey back to us.
If your order contains a discount or a coupon code, you will be compensated with the price that results in proportion to the discount of the order.
The day we receive the package at our facilities, usually in 3-10 working days, we will process your refund.
