IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, YOUR MONEY BACK
If you have bought one of our perfumes through our website, www.bvperfumes.com and you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will refund you the cost of that perfume. Just like that.
There are only 2 conditions:

It must be within 14 days from receipt of your order at the address you provided us with.

You must not have used more than 10% of the perfume.
If you meet these conditions, the procedure is very simple. Just get in touch with our customer services any way you want (chat, email, facebook…) and tell us two things:
- Your Order Number
- The reason you want to return it
We will answer back with directions on how to send it back to us.
Remember, you need to return the perfume in its original packaging. Don’t worry if the package is broken, it doesn’t matter – but it is very important that you put the perfume inside it, so that it doesn’t break on its journey back to us.
The day we receive the package at our facilities, usually in 3-10 working days, we will refund you the total cost of that perfume.
