Do you sell brand name perfumes?
No. Our perfumes are our own creations inspired by current popular fragrances. We don’t sell perfumes from any other brand, we only sell BV Perfumes.
How many hours will the perfume last?
The actual length of the scent depends on each skin, the temperature, the activities and many more variables of the human body. On average our perfumes last up to 15 hours.
What’s the oil percentage in your perfumes?
Our perfumes contain 12% - 20% oil concentrate.
How identical are your products compared to the real ones?
Our perfumes are over 98% identical to the original.
Does spraying your fragrances directly to clothes stain them?
No, Our fragrances had already been diffused by the manufacturer. They do not stain or create oil spots on clothes.
How can I know the intensity or the olfactory family of the perfumes?
Each of our fragrances has a description in which we orient you regarding the intensity, the recommended season of the year in which to use the perfume, the olfactory family to which it belongs, and the notes of the scent. Just click on the perfume and you will see the description.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test on animals and we do not use materials that contain animal derivatives that are unsuitable for vegetarians.
Additionally, BV Perfumes does not conduct business with any manufacturer, supplier, company or research establishment that engages in animal testing on our behalf.
We will not knowingly purchase ingredients from suppliers that have conducted, commissioned or been party to animal testing.

What payment options do I have to your store?
You can pay with Paypal Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Payments, Shopify Pay, or with any credit or debit card.
Do you Offer Discounts?
Sure, we offer discounts you can find on our discounts page.
Also, we regularly offer daily offers to our customers. We inform our customers about those offers by email. You can sign up to our newsletter to be informed about daily offers.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately not. You can only use one discount code per order.
How many days do I have to return the perfume?
You have 14 days once your package arrives and you may return it if you have not used more than 10% of the container’s contents. Also, you need to return it in its original packaging. In any case, you need to contact us before you ship the perfume.
How many days does it takes for you to return my money?
If you have purchased and returned a perfume, we will credit you the total amount that you paid for it on the same day that we receive the package in our facilities. Normally this will be in 4 to 10 business days.
What should I do it the perfume arrives damaged?
If you purchase an item and when you open it you find that it is damaged, you can let us know by sending an email on our contact page, by sending an email to email@example.com.
What if I receive a perfume that I didn’t order?

Yes, The shipping cost is weight-based, it is calculated automatically during checkout.

How long does it takes for an order to be shipped?
We starting processing the in-stock orders immediately after payment. We usually ship the items in 1 to 3 business days.
How long does it takes for an order to arrive?
To EU Countries it normally takes 3-7 days after shipment.
Do you offer next-day shipping/faster shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to all European Countries, USA and Canada. At this time we do not ship to other countries.
Do you have any physical stores where I can buy your perfumes?
We do not have any physical stores. We only sell online. We understand that it is difficult to buy a perfume if you haven’t already tried it, but with our satisfaction guaranteed policy, you can rest easy if you are not completely satisfied.
What does the “In-Stock” availability means?
We have stock of the item in one of our warehouses. Current ordering trends indicate we should have enough for a while. Of course, if you are interested in multiple pieces, it might be a good idea to contact us to see exactly how many are left.
What does the “On-Order” availability means?
We are temporarily out of stock for this item at this time, but this is an item we restock regularly.
